Guidance on the time off to be permitted by an employer to trade union officials

Designed to help employers, employees and their representatives understand the implications of employment rights in the negotiation of settlement agreements
Requests to work flexibly
To help employers deal with written requests made by employees to change their working hours or place of work (flexible working).
